I even when I make a character with the intention of making them evil, I still hesitate to kill him, because it just feels so unjust.

I’ve always hated that there’s absolutely no way to just put your foot down, and say no to the blades. After all, they’re supposed to follow the orders of the Dragonborn, not the other way around.

Aren’t the Blades supposed to follow the orders of the Dragonborn? Who is Delphine to boss us around and decide whether or not the Blades cooperate? Far as I know the Dragonborn is the ultimate chain of command for the Blades. If the Blades don’t wanna cooperate, Dragonborn will do just fine thank you.

I love Madesi’s dialogue when you make him invisible. It’s so adorable.

Ulfric asking the man who slayed him, in complete humility knowing that the war he started contributed in part to his fate, for help because he's "weary and lost" was powerful for a quick easter egg line. I've seen him there before, but never thought to stop and talk. Man..

I’m willing to change my choices across playthroughs. But the one constant choice I make: Sparing Paarthurnax. The reason is simple: when you ask him about his past, he acknowledges his sins and his nature…but says that he fights to overcome it, and to show dragons another path. This is why I will never raise a weapon against him. The Blades outright state they are dragon slayers, they want to eradicate all dragons. Maybe they have a good reason to…but with Paarthurnax, not only is he seeking penance for his sins (after all, the mountain is very much his prison), but also wants to help his brethren be better than their nature. The Blades seek eradication, but with Paarthurnax he seeks change. Even if that change is unlikely to happen in a life time, there is a *chance.* And it’s a chance I feel the Dragonborn should be willing to take.

When Dreth Confronts the Dragonborn about the Crown, you end up battling him and his bodyguards. Instead of a usual fight...why not use "Storm Call" to soften them up and then once the battle is over, use "Clear Skies" to calm the weather...That's exactly what i did in the outskirts of whiterun near Larius farm. Always find a way to Utilize your shouts to gain a creative advantage against a formidable foe, especially when outnumbered. Storm Call is Great for clearing out forts and areas with many countless enemies. Then using clear skies will stop the torrential downpour and lightning so it doesn't harm innocent people if you accidentally wander into a town while it's still active...

Why the hell am I, the Dragonborn, listening to the Blades? If memory serves me right, the Blades were companions of the Dragonborn, not superiors

I have so little respect for the Blades, I took the horn from Delphine when we meet in Riverwood, and then left the inn and fast traveled away. I might come back for the main quest later, but the parts with the Blades have always been annoying to me.
